Not all sources are created equal. This workshop helps students understand the different types of information they’ll encounter in college—like scholarly articles, news stories, websites, and more. Learn when to use each type, how to tell them apart, and why it matters for your research and assignments.

Certificates

Certificates are awarded based on the sign-in sheets presented at the end of each session, or on the participant information provided in the virtual session. Lifesavers instructors will issue certificates within 24 hours of the session. To ensure your certificate is sent to the correct student, please make sure to provide your first and last name as well as your LSCO email address.
